Sessions normally run for 3 hours. Private may be shorter or longer depending on request. Please allow 15 minutes before session starts to arrive and fill out the required waiver form.
Yes, we offer both in-person and virtual sessions to accommodate your schedule and location preferences. Virtual sessions will require over-the-ear noise cancelling headphones.
Should I bring a journal?
Its recommended you bring a book to journal your thoughts after the session
Do I need water?
Bring a water bottle for the session. As you are breathing out of your mouth for extended periods of time you are going to need water.
Wear clothes that are comfortable for lying on the floor.
You can either do the journey after eating, or if you prefer a more intense experience, you may try this on an empty stomach. (Avoiding heavy meals right before the session ensures you are comfortable and can focus on the experience without any digestive distractions)
